I know this is probably real easy, but how do you transfer all events (ie birthdays) from one calendar to a new calendar? I want a whole new look for a gift calendar this year and don't want to re-enter all of the names.

Thanks,
Cindy

Hi Cindy,

To transfer the events from one calendar file to another, open a new calendar, select 'File' in the menubar, then select 'Import' and 'Events'. When the 'Open' window opens, use the 'Look In' box to find the *.bcc calendar file which contains the events you want to use. When you find that file, click on that file, then click on the 'Open' button.
