Using Print Master Platinum 2.0
the template dashed lines are printing also on the business card template, also how do you get all the cards to print with the avery 5871 template ?

Ungroup the elements so you can select the dashed lines and delete them. Everything on the page prints, so all the cards print unless you delete individual cards.

When I experimented with one of the bus card templates, I had to Edit| Unlock All Page Objects... before I could select the dashed lines for deletion.

Or, after unlocking, you can select the dashed lines and reduce the opacity to zero.
