registering problem. - 1/5/2011 12:07:48 PM    holliday1   Posts: 1 Joined: 1/5/2011 Status: offline Hi. I purchased the middle school advantage package. I have installed it but when i try to register it keeps asking me for date of purchase which is 1/2/11 and it only goes up to 2010. Also, it asks for item purchased but has no place to put this or any drop down location with the info. What should I do? Post #: 1

RE: registering problem. - 1/5/2011 12:31:16 PM    Brandy redux Posts: 2376 Joined: 2/7/2007 Status: offline Hi holliday1, With several Encore and Broderbund products, it is not possible to register because the registration process requires that the product being purchased be selected but there is no place to select a product. So, the only thing that can be done is to close the registration window.
