If you are unable to launch Crazy Machines or it crashes, please try the following. Browse to the folder directory as indicated in the image. (If your drive letter is different, substitute that for the directory your games are in)

Locate the folder VC . Run the file inside that folder. (Note, if the install program says you have a newer version of it, remove that Visual redistributable from the Control Panel before installing this one)

Remove Phys X from the Control Panel and install a more compatible version of it at http://www.nvidia.com/object/physx-9.14.0702-driver.html

Some Windows 8.1 systems block the install file from the Steam installation script. In this case you will want to manually install Direct X from the following link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
