Since the avery label I have isn't listed - I am creating it but the message I am getting is The combination of height, row, row gutter and top are invalid. But they are correct. Any ideas?

Did you type in the label size rather than the size of the label sheet which is commonly 8.5 x 11?

You are correct. I put in the label size instead of the paper size under paper dimensions. When I went in to input all the dimensions it looked like it was going to accept everything and then I got another error message that said - ERROR - The Print Shop 4.0 Professional - The given key was not present in the dictionary. Do you think that is a technical issue? Thanks for your help.

I want to be a little more clearer. When I went in again and corrected what I did wrong the first time - it looked like everything was correct (no red asterisks) and then that error message popped up.

The error message is cosmetic to a certain extent. However if you try it a second time it will accept it. Sometimes it happens when you enter data in there but not always. Not sure what leads up to that circumstance but if you try it again it should work.

I'll also make sure our developers know about this issue too. If you're still encountering it, you may want to contact TS and obtain support.

Also what size did you type in the box? Not so sure something small would cause the error to pop up but anything is possible.

I put in 8.5 by 11 for the paper dimensions
7 rows 0 in between each row
2 columns .25 between each column
top 1.0
left .25

I do keep getting that error message so I will call technical tomorrow morning. Thanks for your help.

When this happens, delete the custom label that has an error in it (use the Remove button). Start over with the correct dimensions.

Editing works better when there is no error to start with. For example, the new stock has no error messages, but you need to decrease the distance between columns by 0.05".

The solution is to start over. The problem is caused by the initial error which can be thought of as corrupting that template. The numbers you gave worked just fine for me because I started fresh.
