Print error occurs. Print test works fine in the print alignment function, but when I try to print my project, I get the following error.

PrintTicket provider failed to convert PrintTicket to DEVMODE.Win32 error: - 2147418113

Broderbund says that is caused by the printer driver being out of date. My printer driver is up to date.

OS: Windows 10, 64-bit
AMD FX 6120 Six-core Processor, 3.50 GHZ
Hard drive; 900GB
RAM 10GB
Printer, Lexmark CX310dn laser printer. Also tried on on an Epson 400 ink jet.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software.
Any suggestions?

Hi, Kenny,

Did you subimit a tech support ticket? As this is a user-to-user functionality support forum, we users of the program come here to find out how to use the program features, such as how to change the color tint of an image or how to do a mail merge.

I don't know how to solve tech problems, but I can give you a workaround. Do a SAVE AS JPG, selecting the highest quality. Then open a program such as Word, Windows Live Photo Gallery, or even Windows Print Wizard. Print the JPG.

Normally, I suggest saving as PDF then printing that from Adobe Reader, but this PDF produces a lower quality image.

PDF may or may not work as I've seen this happen under the PDF and JPG rendering mechanism as well. One thing to check if you have not already is make sure you don't have two instances of the program running by accident. Ctrl Alt Delete will allow you to select the task manager and see if 2 copies are running.

I can't find the page to submit a support ticket. when I look for it, I get redirected to the forum.
I did find it one time and their response was my printer driver was out of date. Not true. The printer driver was checked by Geek Squad on 12/24/2015 and it is up to date.
The PDF function works real fine.
Anyone have a direct link so I can send a support ticket?
