I am using PM 18, version 18.0.0
Lately I have not been able to retrieve clip art that I have used in the past.
I get a message "Failed To Create Picture."
I have tried reinstalling the program, repairing the install, but have had no success.
I am using Windows Vista 64 bit.
Any suggestions for correcting this problem?

I just brought up a project I has created in the past. Fortunately the graphic was trying to use was on that project.
When I tried to access it from the library, it came up in the project. a new copy.
But when I went back to the current project, and tried to access the same clip art, I again get the "Failed To Create Picture."
So, I copied it out of the old project and it pasted into the current project.
BUT, am I going to have to search for the clip art, (this time it was the first project I brought up, but it may not be that easy next time)
Or is there a correction for the problem?

I followed the instructions twice.
Still doesn't work.
I had to go to Dell to update the driver for the video card.
I followed the other instruct.
Since it didn't work the first time, I followed the instruction from the step 1.
The clip art I am trying to open still gives the message "Failed To Create Picture"
Any other suggestions that might work?

My guess is that it's an incompatibility issue with your operating system. PM18 is pre-Win7. Support for this product is limited to the support site knowledgebase only.

It has worked before.
I have windows Vista, 64 Bit.
I opened a project that used that clipart and when I selected that clipart it came up fine.
But when I tried to select the same clip art in a new project it gave the "Failed To Create Picture" message.
That didn't seem right to me but I am not that knowledgeable about software.

Hmm, I should think PM18 should work fine with Vista. I thought you might be using Win8 or Win10. Sorry, can't help. I only know how to use the program's features, not how to fix tech issues.
