Width should be 5.5; height should be 11. Then landscape makes sense.

When your printer's preview does not match the Print Shop preview, I would strongly suspect a printer incompatibility with the program. It especially makes no sense that the graphic is missing as there is plenty of room for it.

I am not having the same problem, so it may be printer specific.

This may be your best workaround:

Would you mind doing a test for me? Print an envelope (or just cut out a piece of scrap paper the size of your custom envelope, so as not to waste a real envelope) with just the graphic, no mail merge.

If the graphic refuses to print, that will confirm something for me, and I may be able to come up with another idea.

Well now, I would have thought the same thing if I hadn't used this printer with this software before. It's worked perfectly until now. I've done cards, announcements, tons of envelopes (as you remember when I pointed out that the title field is called prefix), and even have done wedding invitations. So, I KNOW that this printer works with it, U-N-L-E-S-S, something in windows 10 has thrown everything out of whack. And yes, I have the current printer drivers.
I'm stumped, and it's beginning to look like my thoughts of upgrading to version 4 would be a waste, and that I'm going to have to start using word to do stuff like this. (Yuck)

Graphic did NOT print. HOWEVER, if I move it to the middle of the page, it prints, but it's tiny.
I also tried running it in win 8 compatibility mode. That didn't work either. I've got some time later this evening. I think I'm going to uninstall again, and try starting over one more time.

I've tried even the preset sizes and they aren't printing right either.

I really need you to confirm this because I know that all the #10 envelope templates print correctly on #10 envelopes. Choose any #10 envelope ready-made project. Delete any ink-wasting graphics. Now print onto #10 envelope (landscape) and tell me if it looks like it should.

This is important to know! I need to narrow down some possibilities, so if you say EVERYTHING prints wrong, there's no way to zero in on a solution.

Very strange! I am hoping that this situation ONLY happens with your custom stock. To confirm, I need to know about the #10 envelope.

OK the first choice was a #10 envelope. Looked great in the preview, and it looked like this. When I printed it, all was well EXCEPT.... only the name printed, the to address did not print.

So very weird! Can you print to PDF? If yes, do it. If nothing is missing, then I can be 100% positive that your printer with its current drivers, and Print Shop are not 100% compatible.

I have three different PDF writers and all three created perfect #10 envelopes. I'm really stumped over your situation. I will forward this thread to Jason who has Win 10. Let's see if he can duplicate the errors.

Win 10
The Print Shop 3.5
Project orientation: landscape
Custom stock: portrait height 8, width 5.5

Ok. Remind him that everything prints just fine from any other software like word, excel, and all that. Tells me it's not the printer.....
And, if you can find out if the print shop pro 4.0 was written for Windows 10 as its native OS, maybe I'll give it a try. (If I can get a discount on it).

OH! and, thank you

I wonder if a custom SIGN project may work where this custom ENVELOPE project does not.

Create a new custom SIGN stock:
portrait
width 5.5
height 8

save

Select the new stock, choose landscape orientation. Now give it a go.

Doggone it! Nope. Same issue.
For the last 3 years, I've used this printer, and this software without a problem...... upgrade to windows 10 and it now torments me. (UGH!)
It seems like the printer window is reverting back to letter size paper when I close it. Every time I go back to make a change, that's what it is set on

I am frustrated for you. One last idea. Try the Save As PDF function under the Home tab.
