I have the same issue, but I use a Mac and don't have access to the older program. Is there someone who could covert them for me and send them back?

I have a copy of the older program still. I will install it, in the mean time I am going to send you an email through the forums private message system with more info.

Did you meant Import?

Also, if you've created a calendar, see info on the left and then a blank page appears in the center, the program may be corrupted. You may need to follow the instructions here: http://support.encore.com/technicalsupport/kb.aspx?kb_id=2093&product_id=3873 to uninstall and reinstall the program.

Calendar Creator is not really an upgrade from 12.1 but rather a redesign of the former program with a different interface etc. It has also been designed to be compatible with Win 10.

You can find the number by going to http://support.encore.com/technicalsupport/kb.aspx?kb_id=2087&product_id=3873 and using the contact info.

Tech Support is for technical issues and can't help you with functionality questions. They may have you do the same thing as I've suggested though. We've reported this bug to the developers but they don't have a fix at this time.

the EXPORT is grayed out...

You must first export your events from the old CC program as a CSV file. Then you import the CSV file to the new CC program.

Are you able to open your old CC program? If not, you won't be able to do the export! Another user had this problem because he couldn't run the old CC at all. So he sent me his BCC file and I opened it on my old computer and exported it to CSV and sent him the CSV file.
