Rebuilding modified page previews

I just installed on Win 7 pro 64 bit. After making changes, sometimes I have to ctrl/alt/delete and stop the process because it just sits there, but then it wont actually save.

HELP - What am I doing wrong?

This could indicate a corrupted installation. Turning off other programs including start up programs running in the background (this means anti-virus, too), while downloading your purchase and during installation, can ensure that critical files aren't blocked.

Jason is the tech expert here and will have more advice.

You said "sometimes". Could that mean the problem may be related to file size? Something large like a multi-page project with several high-res photos?

If you open a ready-made project and make a tiny change - delete one object - then save... does the program freeze?

Well I have "3" tries at downloading.... and since I had Printmaster 18 - which I love by the way - have been using that type of version for over 20 years.... I guess I'll get used to the new version - once I get it installed correctly....

** I'll uninstall all versions and download again.... and keep you posted.... thanks for the help!!!! :) amh
