I hate the new printmaster. I can't do anything like on my old version

Status: offline 		There is no one to ask questions to when I need an anwer right away. It takes me 30 min to figure out how to get to this point again. Red lines keep showing up all over the place, I have to close the program and then reopen it each time. I use to be able to choose a picture off the internet to use when making the church bulletins, now I cannot copy and paste anything. I go to the clip art and the only pictures I can choose from are not ones that I need. My old program had more pictures and I could easily ssee them and choose what I needed. I don't know why you had to change such a good program. how do I get pictures that I can use and copy and paste? Also, last time I asked a guestion I checked to have the answer emailed to me just like it said, but no one ever emailed me. There has to be a better option when I have questions.

Status: offline 		Hi. I am sorry you're unhappy with the program. This forum is a user-to-user support forum. That means people like you and me who have the program and use it. Attendance is voluntary; no user is required to spend time here. If no one answers your questions, it's likely that no one happened to come along the day you posted or they simply don't know the answer. The site administrator helps to answer questions, but keep in mind that his first priority is keeping the site running, and preventing abuse of the site such as when spammers post links to questionable sites.

Neither he nor anyone who comes on the forum is an Encore program developer. The best advice often comes from someone who uses the program a lot and drops into the forum frequently.

I am not an employee at Encore. I am happy to help fellow Printmaster users, but I don't send answers by email. I answer right here on the forum. I only use my personal email when the subject is outside the scope of the forum such as attaching Printmaster project files for viewing/professional design advice.

So all that being said, here is what I do when I want to use an image from the internet.

I save the internet image to my computer. (Typically the image saves to my Downloads folder.) Then the image can be brought into my Printmaster project in the same way as my photos.

Status: offline 		Just now, I managed to click and drag an internet image onto my desktop. From the desktop, I could click and drag that image onto my project. If this method works for you, you may find it faster than going through the motions of right-clicking an internet image and saving it, then retrieving it.

Status: offline 		Copying and pasting elements into your project depends on the source that you are copying from. As a rule, I always have a local copy of the images I want to use before using them in a project.

HTML information is a different story and the project may have weird artifacts appear from the paste and so forth.

What were you trying to paste into the box? There are also some instances where you can't copy and paste but the inability to copy starts at the source and not the actual program itself.

If you're having trouble with the program itself, it may be helpful to contact the program's support team for assistance. They may be able to provide more specific heardle game guidance on how to use the program's features and troubleshoot any issues you're encountering.

Status: offline 		If you're having trouble finding suitable pictures in your program's clip art library, among us you could try using alternative sources for images, such as royalty-free image websites like Unsplash, Pixabay, or Pexels. You can download images from these websites and then insert them into your program.
