Status: offline 		Where/how do I insert a plain border around a set of vouchers I am printing. 10 vouchers to an A4 page
Also, how do I exit a project and move on to project 2 without shutting down Printmaster?

Unfortunately, this program only allows one project open at a time. A project must be (saved and) closed before a different project can be started/opened.

A plain border is a Picture Frame shape. After you select this shape, you can edit it. Right-click it, choose Edit Object... and move the Frame Thickness slider. You can also choose your color by clicking the Color button in the Shapes menu.

I changed the border size and colour of a voucher, and now when I view the voucher it has a thin black line around it, as well as the border which I can't (don't know how)remove.

Can you help with this please

To remove the Picture Frame shape, right-click on it, choose Delete from the drop-down list.
