Please describe the cropping you are trying to do. Is the crop off center or you are having trouble editing the crop area or the crop tool is not affecting the photo or ?? Can you crop to one of the shapes or are none of them working?

On the photo I'm trying to remove an area surrounding a Ferris Wheel. I click and slide the crop area to desired position and then click OK. The working page appears and the photo gives a quick "blink" and nothing happens. Also, Printmaster2019 doesn't have crop shapes like some of my older programs. Hope I'm explaining myself okay. Not very computer savvy. Thank you for your patience.

At airport right now, so I will get back to you tomorrow with a confirmation about this behavior. If it happens on my copy of the program, then we will know it is a bug.

So the crop does work when I do what you did. You are doing it right, but your program isn't working right. I suggest you submit a tech support ticket:

Printmaster2019 doesn't have crop shapes ...

You can click on your photo, then choose a shape. Your photo is cropped to that shape. However, it seems to crop to the middle and I can't seem to shift the photo around inside the boundaries of the shape. If I crop first, then apply a shape, the image gets too distorted. I would work around this problem by cropping with MSPaint and saving with a new JPG name. Then I would add this new JPG and apply a shape to it.

I tried what you suggested. Problem continued. I loaded the program from the download site on my main computer. Some of the problems were corrected however some other problems I am having continued. Went to reload it again and was advised that it could not be done because the amount of reactivations had run out. I had purchased a disc when I purchased the program however the disc has not arrived. When the disc arrives will I be able to reload the program on my laptop. I did not purchase activation insurance when I purchased the program and the disc. Will I be able to reload the program and use it.
