Hi chew2,

For those calendars that are not already formatted to print the date of printing, you will have to add that function yourself.

To do so:

1. Use the 'Add | Text' option to add a text box anywhere on the calendar.

2. Click and drag to place the text box on the calendar.

3. When the Text Object Properties window opens, click on the 'Functions' button.

4. When the Functions window opens, make sure that either '&date' (for a short date) or '&datelong' (for a long date) is selected in the Functions window on the right, then click on the 'Paste Function' button.

At this point you can enter any text and/or spaces you would like to have placed to the left or right of the date that is printed when the calendar is printed.

5. When everything looks right in the left box, just click on 'OK' to return to the Text Object Properties window.

6. If you don't want the text box to have a white background, click on the down arrow next to the 'Shading' box in the Background section.

Scroll to the top of the list that drops down, then select 'None'.

Then, click on 'OK' again to return to the calendar.

You can then click and drag to place the text box anywhere you would like it to be.
