Customer Support Forum Usage Guidelines
Encore, Inc., A Navarre Corporation Company ("Encore") provides customer support forums ("Encore Forums") as a service to its users and customers. The Encore Forums were set up to help our customers and users exchange ideas, tips, information, and techniques related to our products and are here for the enjoyment and benefit of all members. The Encore Forums are accessible to all Encore registered users who also register with the Encore Forums website. As with any community, these forums are most valuable when everyone follows certain basic guidelines and rules for online behavior. These guidelines and rules are presented here so that you know what is expected of you and the other participants using the Encore Forums. By registering, you agree to follow both these usage guidelines ("Usage Guidelines") and the Terms of Use for all websites owned, operated or otherwise controlled by Encore (each an "Encore Website" and collectively, "Encore Websites").
Basic Rules of Use
Everyone wants a positive experience while on the Encore Forums. In general, please don't detract from any other user's experience. Your opinions are always welcome, but personal attacks and harassment are not acceptable.
This community is provided as a service to customers and users and is not intended for the promotion of third-party services, products, websites, or organizations.
