Table inserted in a web page automatically is formatted in Times New Roman 1 point text on insertion. How does one format whole tables or individual rows and colums?[8\|]

Click and drag to highlight all the cells. Now choose font and font size. These will be applied to all the cells. Similarly, for individual rows, highlight that row.
