The product comes with 4 cd's --- installation / program / art / fonts. I have loaded the installation and fonts fine, the art CD I am assuming is something not to load but to access art files while using the program. What is the Program CD for?

All disks can be installed if you select custum install instead of typical install. With just the typical install, you will be prompted to insert the appropriate art disk when choosing art from the art gallery. Likewise, you will be prompted to insert the program disk when choosing a ready-made project.
