I am creating photo pages for an 8" X 8" scrapbook, to which I am adding background. I am adding a background color that prints on the full 11" length of the paper, even though I set my bottom margin for 8". This uses a tremendous amount of ink. How can I have it print only to the 8" margin? Thanks

Don't add a background colour. Instead, add a 8x8 inch colour-filled rectangle to the bottom layer of your project.
