gone cat -> web publishing wizard did not work (7/22/2006 2:16:40 PM)

I have been working on creating a webpage (for the first time ever) through the program on Pro Publisher. This is super great and very easy so far. My one problem is getting it to post to my website. I have purchased a domain and have a host and it's all good. I go through the posting wizard but when it goes to post the pages to my site I get the following error message:
The web publishing wizard was unable to publish your file(s) to the web server for the following reason:
Server returned the following message:
200 Type set to I
200 PORT command Successful
553/nards412/ftp.p9.wehosting.yahoo.com/index.html: No such file or directory.
Any idea first off, what that all means? Any idea if I'm doing something wrong when I'm going to post it? I have my hosting through Yahoo and I have gone to FTP account info to get the host, user ID, and password to configure my FTP access. Any help I can get will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
