After uninstalling/reinstalling and running d:\util\setup.exe several times, get error message:

Indeo Codec Error!
One of the video decoder seems to be corrupt or missing.
You can restore it by running Setup.exe program located in \Util on your CD. Mark the "Indeo Drivers" check-box.
Click "Next."
Follow the instructions.

I would go here :

Download Ligos Indeo Codec 5.11

and install the package seperately from there and run the program again. Your issue should be solved.
