My days start at 5:30 AM and ends at 11:00 PM. Can I change the time span for each days schedule i.e. 5:00 AM to 12:00 midnight?

Yes, you can. If you're in a Day view, right-click in an empty cell (no events). Choose Properties, then the Week/Day Properties tab, and you'll see where to set the day starting hour.
