I don't have a printer that can do that, but if I did, the first thing to do is to go into the Printer Setup and choose the print directly onto CD option. This should change the page size to match the CD. Now open a blank page project. Is it the right size?
I would expect that your printer came with software that specifically makes printing onto CD a simple task since your printer has that unique function. That would be my first choice.
Using PrintShop to do this usually requires that you do a couple of test prints for alignment and I'm not sure if there is a way to do that without wasting CDs.
