I did everything that every web site told me to do to fix the "problem". I shut down just about everything but what I needed to install Mahjong Tiles. But everytime I install the board games it doesn't install. I open the CD and can see it on the CD but it's still not working. Any help? I shut down just about every (i.e. virus scans) and still no joy. Thanks again, mickey

If you bought a Jewel Case version of this, there are no mahjong tiles on the cd. This was a misprint.
