I purchased The PrintShop Design Suite ProPublisherv22 specifically to use the CMYK color for ads to be printed but can't find how to make the color CMYK and not RGB. How do I do that?

You won't be able to make the color CMYK and not RGB in Print Shop - because Print Shop doesn't do CMYK.
