There are a lot solitaire games on the Hoyle Solitaire CD. I am looking for a simple straightforward Solitaire game that allows me to overturn only one card at a time (instead of three) and repeat going through the deck as long as I can. (Similar to Windows Solitaire). Which of the Hoyle Solitaire games is the closest to what I am looking for.

The game you are looking for is called Klondike and you can set the number of cards to be turned. Once you select the game, go to the options tab and click on the solitaire settings tab.
