I have Middle School Advantage 2007 and when trying to install the Pre-Algebra program it tells me that I need to install the LaunchPad. After the LaunchPad installs a window pops up saying that there is a newer version available and would I like to update. After clicking 'yes' it opens my browser and I get "Page cannot be found".

I can still use the program but it's a little annoying having to click thru that update pop up everytime. Is there something I can do about it?

Hi SnOwOwl,

This is what Encore has posted on the Knowledgebase about the Launchpad error:

Currently there is a problem with the update to the Launchpad. Please uninstall the Launchpad and reinstall it.

When you get the pop up which says, "There is a newer version of this program available on the web. Would you like to update now?" select 'NO'.

This will complete the launchpad installation and allow you to install the rest of the program.

If you would like to install the program itself - without the launchpad - do the following:

* Put the Hoyle Casino 2007 Install disc in the drive
* Go to 'My computer'
* Right click on the drive where you inserted the Hoyle Casino 2007 Install disc
* Select 'Open'
* Double click on 'Setup.exe'

This will install the product.
