I am having trouble getting patrons in even when I add all the outdoor decor. Also, is it ever good to take those offers that popup. Sometimes they backfire.

I always ditch the signs. Too much bling and your customers will think they are not worth it to you. The bonuses that appear sometimes will backfire. Its a chance thing hence the casino name.
