Following are recommended solutions for solving problems which might occur while attempting to access online content IMAGES (and PROJECTS) marked as "Available Online" - in any Broderbund Program which offers online content through the Art Gallery:

Make sure the correct version of Microsoft Internet Explorer is installed

Broderbund programs access the Internet through Microsoft Internet Explorer. Print Shop 22 requires that Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 6.0 or higher be installed. PrintMaster 17 requires that Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher be installed.

The version of Microsoft Internet Explorer which is required to access the online images will be listed in the Minimum System Requirements.

Restart the computer

To reset RAM and resources, restart the computer. Then, open the Broderbund program BEFORE opening any other programs.
