All available online help for any SmartDownload product can be found by clicking on this link
"Order Support"
then clicking on the 'SmartDownload Information' link.
If you don't find a workable solution to your problem in that Order Support section, your only other option would be to click on this link
Technical Support & Customer Service: Broderbund, Encore, Hoyle, Bicycle
then follow the directions for submitting a question to either Customer Service or Technical Support.
NOTE: SmartDownload Technology will be discontinued as of August 1, 2011
