My favorite game is Klondike Solitaire. This game comes with a clock & when it reaches its limit, it ends the game. I have my setting on as slow as possible. Is there a way to completely turn off this clock?

You are probably referring to the Arcade Games. These timers cannot be turned off. There are popular tabletop touch screen games in bars which these games try to emulate the spirit of , including the timer.
