The only way to print on continuous paper is to select either Continuous Paper or Banner Paper as the Paper Type in the printer's Properties, which is reached by clicking on File | Printing | Print Setup.
The problem is that even printers that have the capability of printing on continuous paper will not be able to select continuous paper or banner paper with some printer drivers. So, the first thing you'll want to do is to go to the printer manufacturer's web site to download and install the latest driver for your Operating System.
When you said you printed banners in the past utilizing Print Shop T15, but are not able to do so now, were you using the same printer and the same Operating System? If you were not using the same printer, that would have to mean that the other printer offered continuous paper in its Properties. If you were using a different Operating System, that could be the problem - because some printers offer the continuous paper option only in those Operating Systems before WinXP.
