Hi,
I have Print shop deluxe 22 and I cannot figure out why some graphics allow me to tint them and some won't. I have tried clicking on tint button but the percent does not darken so I cannot click on it.

Tinting (using the black to white scale) only lightens the image. Images imported into the project are already "100% black" and therefore cannot be tinted darker.

If you wish to darken a raster image, use the Photo Workshop in the Photo tools. There, you can alter the exposure and contrast.
