I have installed most of the software however when I try to install Foreign Language or Encyclopedia Britannica I get the following error message: "Unable to run the installer. Make sure the Advantage 2009 DVD is in the drive." I have removed the DVD and started over again and I get the same message.

I took the following information from an Encore Knowledgebase article.

Problem

Installer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Solution

You will need to install the program through the Program Compatibility Wizard, which can help XP run programs developed under previous versions of Windows.

then follow the directions for installing the program in Windows 95 mode.
