I tried it but it is pulling in all of the values in each label, rather than putting the first value in the first label, second value in second label, etc.

However, to the best of my knowledge, the most recent versions of Print Shop cannot do a mail merge from a text file. Instead, a mail merge requires the use of an Address Book in Print Shop's Ultimate Mail Manager.
