This subject has come up before, in this thread
VISTA Problem - Prints Four Copies when I ask for Two!
If you will read through the second page of that thread you will see where it has been proven that the problem you are experiencing is being caused by the fact that your printer is not 100% compatible with Vista. And, this is especially true for printers which say this about the Vista driver:
"You might find that some of the advanced features are no longer available when using this basic driver. You can upgrade to a product that is fully compatible with Windows Vista if the advanced features are necessary."
Since Broderbund programs require much more of printer drivers than do other programs, it often happens that a printer will work correctly with other programs but not with Broderbund programs. The normal fix for most problems is to go to the printer manufacturer's web site to download and install the most current driver for the Operating System. But, if your printer is truly not 100% compatible with Vista, I'm afraid there is no fix for the problem, other than to use a different printer or to Print to a PDF file.
