I was originally going to say that the answer to your question was NO - because I have always believed that Print Shop 23 is not backward compatible. However, when I created and saved both a certificate and a half-fold card in Print Shop 23, then tried to open them in Print Shop 21, they opened without a problem. But, since I have both Print Shop 21 and Print Shop 23 installed on the same computer, I thought that might be what allowed the files to open in Print Shop 21. So, I created a newsletter on my Vista laptop with Print Shop 23 then moved the file to my WinXP desktop and tried to open it with Print Shop 21, And, it worked. So, I'll now have to say YES, she can create projects in 23 and still open them in 21.
