Brandy redux -> Project opens at wrong Paper Size, font size or formatting (12/19/2008 3:22:18 PM)

Print Shop projects are ALWAYS opened at the Paper Size that is set in Print Setup for the selected printer. And, the printer that is selected in Print Setup when Print Shop opens will ALWAYS be the default printer - which is usually set to 8 1/2" x 11" paper.
So, any time you create a project that is any paper size other than 8 1/2" x 11", you MUST first (before opening the project), go to File | Printing | Print Setup to select the printer that you plan to use to print the project AND to select the desired Paper Size for that project.
It is VERY important to keep in mind that when a project is opened at a different Paper Size than the Paper Size that was selected when the project was created, the font sizes and the formatting will be different. And, it is also very important to keep in mind that you should NEVER save a project while the formatting or font size or Paper Size are wrong - because the project will be permanently saved in that condition.
So, the next time you forget to reset the Paper Size before opening a project, close the project WITHOUT saving it, go to File | Printing | Print Setup to reset the printer and Paper Size, then open the project again.
