Does PrintShop Pro Publisher 22 Deluxe have a built in feature for making vertical arch lettering from text?

If you are saying that you want to create text in an arch where the text remains truly vertical, as in this image

the answer to your question would have to be NO.

Headline text in Print Shop Pro Publisher 22 Deluxe can be caused to be arched. But, the resulting text will not be completely vertical, as you can see if you will click on this link text in a circle or seal

Can you suggest an inexpensive shareware or freeware program that will create vertical arched text?
