Hi bgermain,
If you have the printed manual for Hoyle Card Games 2008, you will find the rules for Tuxedo on page 123.
As you have probably already determined, the PDF Help file that is installed with Hoyle Card Games 2008 does not include any rules for Tuxedo. So, if you do not have a printed manual for Hoyle Card Games 2008, you can click on this link
Hoyle Card Games 2007 Help
then download the Hoyle Card Games 2007 Help.pdf file, which does include the rules for Tuxedo.
