Have used Printshop15 for years – this is the one I created the address book in and began printing my envelopes through mail merge. I tried to upgrade to Printshop 22 last year – it will import my address book but when I try to do a mail merge – it will error out after about the 15th envelope. ( I have over 400 on the mailing list now)
Just this year I upgraded to The Printshop 23 – same problem. I use an XP operating system.
Also in the upgrade to 23 I lost the “warsaw” font

I have the same problem and it has to do with the printer drivers. I think that by updating your printer drivers, your printer will then be compatible with PS22 and PS23 and you should be able to mail merge more than just 15 addresses.

(Unfortunately for me, my desktop work printer is 10 years old, but in excellent condition, so the boss won't replace it. Because it is ancient, there are no more updated drivers for it, so I can only do about 20 mail merge addresses at a time.)
