Problem
Script Error Handler not defined or Macromedia Director Player Error
Solution
Try changing the color settings in display settings to High colors 16 bit
For Windows 2000/XP
- Right click on desktop (not on an icon)
- Select properties
- Select the settings tab
- Change colors to High Color (16 bit) (pulldown button above the rainbow)
- Move the screen area (Screen Resolution on WinXP) slider bar util it reads 800 X 600
- Click on the OK button
- Try program again
For Windows 98 and Windows ME
- Right click on desktop (not on an icon)
- Select properties
- Select the settings tab
- Change colors to High Color (16 bit) (pulldown button above the rainbow)
- Move the screen area slider bar util it reads 800 X 600
- Click on the OK button
- Try program again
For Windows 95
1.> Click on START, SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL.
2.> Click on DISPLAY
3.> Click on SETTINGS on the top right
4.> You will need to change the Display area to 800 x 600 High colors 16 bit
5.> Click Apply
6.> Click OK
7.> Now you can install and run the Program
