I'm using Calendar Creator 12 Deluxe. When I open a new Modify Event box and type, for example, C&P into the Description box, this shows up on the calendar as C&p. If I type, for example, S&B in the Description box, I get S&b on the calendar page. Is there any way to get the all caps from the Description box to show on the calendar?

I'm afraid this is an annoyance we're stuck with. You can add spaces, e.g., C & P, but if you want to conserve space, display of C&p is the only option I know.
