Hi Eileen514,

To change the email address on your profile, you would do this:

1. Click on 'My Profile' at the top of this page.

2. When the 'My Control Panel' window opens, type a new email address into the 'E-Mail' box.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, then click on 'Apply'. Then, click on 'OK'.

4. You will be advised that an email confirmation will be sent to you, which contains a link back to the forum.

5. When you receive the email confirmation, then click on the link back to the forum, you should be able to log in again with the same username and password.

Hi again Eileen514,

If you receive a message which says "Your Login or Email has been chosen, please try again" when you try to change your email address, that means that the email address that you are trying to change to cannot be selected because it may have already been used in a previous attempt to register on the forum. When you receive that message, the only alternative is to use a different email address.
