"stitching" around the borders (Full Version)

on the creative keepsake cover it shows a scrapbook page that has "stitching" or the illusion of sewing around the border and around one of the frames. how do you do that. i searched for that border but couldn't find it?

To simulate stitching, click on Drawing Tools| Line... Here you can choose the line width, color and style. I like to give the stitching an added dimensionality by applying a radiant glow (also in Drawing Tools) OR layering two different coloured stitchings close together like this:
