justick@bellsouth.ne -> frame and fill ~ not filling completely (10/9/2009 11:37:47 AM) PrintShop 23 Deluxe ~ As I begin a new project, I insert any number of frames. Selecting the fill box, I can select color or texture. When I complete this task, the frame is posted along with the fill. However the fill is mislocated 1/3 high inside the frame. You can detect the fill coming out the top of the frame. The lower 1/3 remains white despite variety of color or texture selected. Cannot seperate frame from fill to correctly align. System ~ Hp pavilion amd athlon 64x2 dual core 4600 2.4 ghz desktop Vista Home premium sp2 4gb ram 32bit os

ellengard -> RE: frame and fill ~ not filling completely (10/9/2009 3:51:32 PM) I've tried this on three different printers with three different printer drivers and I get the same result as you. Definitely appears to be a bug in the program. Luckily, there is an easy work-around solution. From the Toolbox, Draw a shape (in this case, rectangle) and fill it with the color or texture of your choice. Add the frame and position it over the rectangle which can to resized to perfectly "fill" the frame. [image]local://upfiles/9017/E2E36F663E814426AEF9D0DC36079887.jpg[/image]
