Problem
Installer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Solution
You will need to install the program through the Program Compatibility Wizard, which can help XP run programs developed under previous versions of Windows.

then follow the directions for installing the program in Windows 95 Compatibility mode.
