Problem
(Mac Only) Names are not being saved by the program
Solution
There could be certain restrictions denying access to the application's core folders, causing the application to be unable to access or save most information.
For more information on setting permissions please refer to the following technical note from Apple:
Setting permissions for disks, folders, and files
Then, please ensure that all users have read and write access to the Advantage 2009 folder located in your Applications folder.
