When PrintMaster 2.0 is purchased in a retail box, the Product Key will be on the back of the printed manual for PrintMaster Platinum 2.0.
Since the retail box for PrintMaster Gold 2.0 does not include a printed manual, the Product Key will be printed on the back of the small inserted paper which includes installation instructions.
When PrintMaster 2.0 is purchased from www.broderbund.com as a 'DVD in sleeve', the Product Key will be located on top of the Installation disc.
If you receive a message stating that the Product Key is invalid, you will need to keep in mind that there are 2 key points which must always be kept in mind when entering license numbers/product keys/install codes:
1. The license number must be entered EXACTLY - so, if the license number is in ALL CAPS, it must be entered in ALL CAPS.
2. Any time a license number/product key/install code contains a character that could be either a numeric Zero (0) or an alpha O, it is always preferable to enter a numeric Zero.
For example, this Product Key 2R6YA-Z0GRQ-PQP includes 1 zero.
