Sailboat -> Calendar Creator 10 Deluxe event overflow at end of day? (1/13/2010 6:14:02 AM)

I'm using Calendar Creator 10 Deluxe.

I am making a weekly calendar showing Mon-Fri with each day divided into 30-minute increments. My intention is to block out some events using the "Box event" function, and then print the calendar so people can manually sign up for meetings in the unused time blocks.

BUT...when an event ends at the end of the workday, it is always collapsed into a little arrow indicating "overflow" and not displayed. For example, if the workday ends at 4 PM, an event running from 2:00-3:30 will show up, with a half an hour "unused" between 3:30 and 4:00...but if I extend it to 2:00-4:00, the event disappears and is replaced by the little arrow.

It looks as if the day must end with an unused block of time of at least a half an hour -- that events cannot run to the end of the working day. But if I print it like that, people will try to sign up in that last (apparently open) half hour.

How can I box an event flush with the end of the day?

Hi Sailboat,

I am seeing the same thing you are seeing. And, I am not able to discover any way to work around the problem by adjusting the settings for an event. The only option that comes to mind is to use the Add | Text option to create a text box for that last half hour.

Thank you, at least it wasn't something easy I missed. :)
