If you mean that you want to find a collection of graphics by the same artist or in that artist's style, you can look under Featured Art and Photos or you can specify Type of Graphic. Generally, GIFs will have a similar look and PNGs will have a similar look with other PNGs.
Digital artists sell "kits" that contain co-ordinated art. Check out any of the numerous online stores that offer digital images for scrapbooking.
